Nose: Full fruity scents such as orange, peach and grape are accompanied by honey, hazelnut and oak.
Palate: Intense oak, cinnamon, caramel and toasty flavors are added to the fruity flavors we get on the nose. Quite creamy and easy to drink.
Finish: A dry, long finish with honey, hazelnut and bitter flavors.
Comment: With its full fruit and spice flavors, Balvenie Portwood 21 is literally a "classy" whiskey.
