Benriach The Original Ten, Scotland Speyside The first Single Malt bottling of Benriach, one of the leading distilleries in the region, released in 1994. The expression, created by marrying whiskeys matured separately in Bourbon, Virgin Oak and Sherry barrels, is bottled to an alcohol grade of 43%.

Benriach The Original Ten (Scottish Single Malt, 43% abv)

Nose: Fruity notes like green apple, pear, peach and cherry along with the first sniff. It is followed by the scents of honey, vanilla, caramel and burnt oak. Quite fresh and fruity.

Palate: The fruity character is evident on the palate as well as on the nose. Fruit flavors such as apple, pear and grape are followed by honey, vanilla, apple sugar and light malt. It has a slightly more hot and spicy character compared to the nose. Sweet and mellow.

FinishMedium length slightly dry finish with spice, apple and oak.
