Nose: It makes you say "BBQ sauce" with the first smell. I've never smelled a similar scent to whiskey before. It's really interesting. Smoked and sweet. Sweet scents such as honey, apple, caramel, vanilla and pineapple are followed by oak and spice.

Palate: Smoked and spicy aromas accompany the pear, apple, honey, brown sugar and maple flavors. Cinnamon and oak. Full and rounded on the palate.

FinishA long finish with fruity, caramelized and slightly sooty flavors.

Comment: A very interesting and rich whiskey from nose to finish. Especially the nose surprised me a lot. On the palate, the balance of sweet, spicy and sooty and rounded character is successful. It can be a good option for those looking for a slightly smoked whiskey.
