Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon (Bourbon, 45% abv)

Nose: Vanilla, honey, caramel, furniture polish and maple syrup are my first scents. These are accompanied by malt, brown sugar and cinnamon. I can say that it has a very rich fragrance profile.

Palate: Black pepper, bitter and liquor flavors are in the foreground. These flavors are followed by caramel, honey, raisins and maple syrup. Woody aromas are as effective on the palate as they are on the nose.

Finish: Medium length. A woody, spicy and slightly sweet finish.

Comment: I can say that I like Buffalo Trace very much with its rich fragrance profile, delicious woody aromas and satisfying finish. An intense, yet easy-drinking bourbon. In addition, it is at a very good level in terms of price-performance.
