Cardhu 12 (Scottish Single Malt, 40% abv)

Nose: Cardhu 12 is a pear at the first sniff! makes you say… In addition to pear, honey, vanilla, apricot and very little soot. Pretty sweet, almost like a perfume.

Palate: Fruity on the palate as well as on the nose. Sweet notes are accompanied by malt, oak and cinnamon. Quite easy to drink, round.

Finish: A short finish dominated by fruit, honey and oak notes.

Overall: A simple, delicious and easy-drinking Scottish malt. Expression, which successfully reflects the traditional fruitiness of the Speyside region, is an introductory whiskey to the Single Malt category.
