Nose: With the scents of honey, orange, dried apricot and oak, it has a very refreshing character. The sherry effect and very light spice are also evident. Balanced and soft.

Palate: Spice character comes to the fore with the first sip. Cinnamon, black pepper, oak and bitters. Right after that, sweet-sour fruity flavors, which I can call black grape or raspberry, along with caramel, vanilla and honey. Plump.

Finish: A warm, dry, long finish with black pepper, cinnamon, burnt oak, honey and bitters.

My Comments: It is a characteristic expression with its fresh and balanced structure on the nose and a full and spicy structure on the palate. For me redbreastPowers John's Lane Release is a successful example of Single Pot Still.
