Ron Zacapa Solera 23 (Guatemala, 40% abv)

A rum matured in Bourbon and Pedro Ximenez Sherry barrels in warehouses located at an altitude of 2300 meters above sea level in Guatemala after distillation in copper column stills.

Ron Zacapa 23, which is matured with the traditional Solera system that we are accustomed to seeing in sherry wine, consists of a blend of 6 to 23 years old rums.

Nose: Vanilla, honey, chocolate, caramel, almond and tobacco. The spice and woody character from the oak is very evident. Intense and aromatic.

Palate: It is as sweet on the palate as it is on the nose. Dried apricots, brown sugar, vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon and oak. Quite plump and soft.

Finish: Long, bodied and liquorice.
