Talisker Skye (İskoç Single Malt, %45.8 abv)

Nose: With the first sniff, sooty and salty notes are immediately evident. Just behind it is black pepper, honey and light orange. Powerful yet balanced.

Palate: Sooty and salty aromas are accompanied by sweet aromas such as orange, apple, honey and caramel. The smell of black pepper in the nose makes itself felt on the tongue. Orange, vanilla and almond behind.

Finish: Medium length and dry. Taste of salt, soot and slightly bitter ash.

Overall: Talisker Skye is an expression that draws attention with its easy-drinking character and sweet aromas, although it reflects the peat-influenced character of the brand that we are accustomed to. Don't be fooled by my saying it's easy-drinking and sweet! Talisker Skye is still a powerful expression for sweet whiskey-loving palates!
