Materials:

  • 4cl of Absolut Vodka
  • 3 cl Dry Vermouth
  • Green olives and lemon

Preparation:

  1. First of all, it is important that the glass is cold. For this reason, first put plenty of ice in the glass and let it sit while you prepare your cocktail.
  2. Put 4 cl Vodka and 3 cl Dry Vermouth in a glass or Shaker filled with plenty of ice, then mix with a Stirrer (or any mixing stick) for about 20 seconds.
  3. Empty the glass in which you put ice in the first step and pour your drink slowly into the glass by straining it with the Hawthorne strainer (or a similarly functioning strainer).
  4. Throw one green olive into the glass. After making zest with lemon peel, place the peel in the glass as garnish.

Briefly about Absolut;
