Palate: The floral aromas that I get on the nose are also present on the palate. Red fruit, vanilla and oak notes are accompanied by sweet spices and very light black pepper. Creamy and aromatic. It does not feel the keg hardness, but still has a soft drink.

Finish: Medium to long, spicy and woody finish.

This expression is for the first time Gusto Whiskey Club we did together “Hidden Treasure of the North, Rye Whiskeys” I had the opportunity to taste it. In addition to Willett, we tasted successful rye samples such as Hudson Manhattan Rye and Sazerac Rye.
